The DPLA Symposium will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the State Library of Ohio. This event is intended for institutions that already have digital collections. It will provide in-depth information about the planned DPLA Hub for Ohio, progress on the project and next steps. Keynotes will be delivered by Emily Gore, DPLA Director for Content, and Kerri Willette, Empire State Digital Network Manager. In the afternoon attendees will have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions conducted by each of the six Ohio DPLA working groups: Technical, MetaData, Advocacy, Sustainability, Governance and Legal Agreements.
