Develop a technical strategy that will support Ohio’s participation in DPLA; identify specific system requirements (software and hardware) needed to support the service center aggregation site; identify what harvesting standards will be supported based on DPLA requirements and what Ohio’s cultural heritage organizations currently support; develop a budget estimate for the initial implementation and for 3-year operation of the aggregation site; identify technical barriers to contribution at the digitization hubs, Ohio Memory, and other major metadata content contributors. This group will work closely with the Sustainability, Governance, and Legal working groups on budgeting and issues related to the 3-year operation of the aggregation site.
